This mountain modern home sits in an idyllic setting in Ketchum’s Board Ranch, just 5 minutes from Warm Springs base ski area of Sun Valley Resort. Boasting a secluded location and all the comforts of home, this two-story, family-friendly home is the perfect choice for your next escape to charming Ketchum. Built in 2012, the interior is filled with light from a wall of south-facing windows, extra high ceilings, walnut floors, and dark wood accents. The great room is ideal for entertaining with a 65’ Smart TV with Cox Cable, that opens up to the kitchen and spreads out to a wrap-around deck with a gas grill, perfect for cookouts, and big mountain views! Just off the deck is an all new 8-person, white spa. In the great room, find yourself snuggled up by the gas fireplace while reading a good novel or sharing a fun conversation with your loved ones, or watching your favorite sports on the big screen. If you would like some more entertainment, the den offers a cozy nook with another large 60’ flat screen Smart TV, with a Queen sleeper sofa and access to a full bath. The kitchen is a delight and is fully equipped with stainless steel, state-of-the-art appliances, including a Wolf four-burner stove and oven and Miele dishwasher. The quartz island has bar seating for 3 and plenty of extra prep space. The mud/laundry room is located on the first floor, with easy access from the garage, and features an industrial-sized washer and dryer, plenty of counter space and many hooks and nooks for all your sporting gear. All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs, which is perfect in case guests feel like they are done for the night and are looking for a quiet place to snooze. The main bedroom with 8 ft tall windows, with awesome views of the mountain, has its own en suite bath with a standalone, walk-in travertine shower and a separate large tub, while the other two bedrooms share a full bath with white subway tiles and tub/shower combo.
