Our house a short <1-mile walk or bike ride to either Campground Beach or Cooks Brook Beach. It's just a 10-minute drive to World Famous Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Lighthouse and the National Seashore. You are only a short drive from local shops, iconic restaurants, and the famous Wellfleet Drive-in. If you prefer to walk, a deeded wooded path through a winding trail will bring you to a picturesque overlook of a quiet and private bayside beach located in between Campground and Cooks Brook. Take a snack or a bottle of wine on your 5-minute stroll to watch the stunning Cape Cod sunset on a private beach.
This private home with 2 full baths offers a perfect location for families just minutes away from all the Cape has to offer. Our comfortable home features brand new central AC and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a brand new 55” smart TV. A second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed.
The living room features a super comfy large sectional with a brand new 65” ultra high-definition smart TV and opens to a large cedar deck with a gas BBQ grille and brand new outdoor sectional set. A large private outdoor shower completes the house. The house is equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler and washer/dryer, so you can lug less on your vacation.
Our home is 30-minute drive to Provincetown or Chatham.
Absolutely NO parties. This is a very quiet family neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and their homes and ask that our guests do the same. No more than 8 people in the home at ANY time during your stay.
