Positive: Almost everything was great. Got a free upgrade to a suite too.

Negative: Instructions for the shuttle bus for pick up at the airport are not clear. In the end, we got to arrange our own transportation after waiting almost an hour at the airport. Live TV was also not working for one of the TVs in the room.
