This newly renovated summer cottage is the ideal spot for an unforgettable Cape Cod Vacation! Walk into the open concept living room with vaulted ceilings and relax on the couches under plenty of natural light. To your left, you’ll find stairs that lead up to the 2nd floor TV/Lounge room. Open to the living room is a full-equipped, eat-in chef's kitchen with oversized black granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of kitchen supplies--all impeccably organized and well maintained! To the right of the kitchen is a large formal dining table for family meals, or you can choose to walk a few steps further and enjoy a meal at the picnic table in the screened-in sunroom.
Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and matching rustic white shiplap accent walls. At the end of the hall on your left, you’ll find the first of two sparkling clean bathrooms, with a luxurious white tile shower and spacious granite vanity. Straight ahead in the closet, you’ll find an Electrolux stackable Washer & Dryer, and to your right enter the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, his/her matching closets, private en suite bathroom, and a slider that opens up to the deck and patio area.
Enjoy the private neighborhood beach just a short walk down a dirt road, or you can get in your car and take a quick drive to Thumpertown or Kingsbury beach.
